My Naija Cargo supports international shoppers and private individuals with shopping, shipping, and sourcing of items from the UK and Nigeria, and provides them with a UK and Nigerian addresses which they can use while placing their orders especially with UK stores. The stores ship your items to our warehouses and we ship them to you. We also support individual and businesses who want to ship from from Nigeria to UK, USA, Canada, Europe and South Africa.

There are three ways you can book a shipment – online, at a My Naija Cargo (MNC Logistics) location or by phone.

1. Online

To book a shipment online, simply go to mynaija.com and fill the Book Collection menu. Fill out the booking form and a member of staff will follow this up with you within few minutes after you have received an sms confirming your booking request

2. My Naija Cargo Location

To book a shipment at our office, make sure your shipment is in the correct packaging and that all your paperwork is in order. Drop your shipment and we will do the rest for you. After you have made a payment for the shipping, you will receive an SMS confirming a shipment order as well as tracking details so you can track the movement of your shipment minute-by-minute.

3. Phone

To book a shipment by phone, you can speak to or send a text to our booking team on +447904744632 in the UK or +2348105172133 in Nigeria. Trust us, we are human beings and we will treat you with so much kindness.

When booking a collection, you will have been asked to provide a ‘ready time and latest available time’ for the driver to collect your package.

These times specify the time window the driver has to collect your shipment. Your driver can attempt to collect your package at any point from the ready time, right up until the latest available time. If a driver hasn’t picked up your parcel, double-check the scheduled time and date of the pickup. If that time and date have passed, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. We are always happy to assist.

You can cancel an arranged pickup by simply contacting our Customer Service team for assistance. This cancellation must be done before the day you have arranged for your shipment to be collected.

All shipments handled by My Naija Cargo get a tracking number which is sent to all senders when their shipment order is confirmed. Simply input this tracking number into the Track and Trace space on our website to get an update on the movement of your shipment. Tracking updates will also be sent to customers as the shipment progresses.

Besides Lagos, My Naija Cargo delivers to all major cities and towns in Nigeria. The rates for these cities and towns are different from that of Lagos and varies based on distance and other few factors.

My Naija Cargo is unable to ship prohibited items on behalf of its customers. Prohibited items are items that cannot be received, stored, shipped, imported and/or exported due to regulatory, hazard, safety or other reasons.

While some items are prohibited, others are just restricted and may require special permits or licenses prior to exporting from or importing to a specific country or territory. For more clarification, below is a list of items we cannot ship on behalf of our customers: Alcohol, Cow Hide, Airline tickets, Blank Stock, Coins, Credit Cards, Knives, Passports, Precious Stones, Processed Wood and Perfume. The cost of a shipment is based on its content, weight, size, origin, destination and chosen shipping service. The exact cost of your shipment will be calculated when you provide these details in the booking system. We use two methods of calculating the rates, one is the volumetric weight and the other is the actual weight.

Usually, delivery takes around 3-5 working days (for air cargo) to the UK and Nigeria, and up to 10 days to USA, CANADA and South Africa..

But this could take longer due to unforeseen circumstances and if doorstep delivery to other states or cities is involved.
